San Diego Personal Chef Yoann Taboyan created a special tartine bar for a lovely couple's rehearsal dinner.
The tartine bar consisted of three tartine variations:
- Tapenade, brie, pear, and arugula
- Nicoise, seared tuna, pickled red onion, green beans, and
sesame seeds
- Heirloom tomato caprese, mozzarella, basil, cucumber, and
pickled mustard seeds
