"WOW"...sums up our evening with Yoann. Every aspect of each of his five course meal was cultivated with extreme attention to detail both in presentation and flavor profile. As a "detail ninja" (I am a cosmetic plastic surgeon), it is often difficult to truly blow me away with quality, details and precision, but Yoann did just that. His cured sous vide lobster in saffron bisque dish was a top 5 dish I've had in my lifetime (my wife and our two guests also agreed). He wow'ed all four of us who have dined at multiple Michelin star restaurants throughout the world....and we got to enjoy the incredible food and experience from
the comfort of our own home. He has true passion for his craft and it shows at every level, even in how clean he leaves your kitchen. The icing on the cake is his pleasant and friendly demeanor. We could not have been more impressed and grateful for the memorable culinary experience and evening he provided us and are eagerly anticipating our next evening we get to share Yoann's culinary artistry with more friends!
